Das BV Bürocenter entsteht derzeit in 2540 Bad Vöslau, direkt an der Wienerstraße bei der Autobahnausfahrt A2 mit unmittelbarer Anbindung an die Autobahn A2. Das fünfgeschossige Gebäude vereint auf rund 5.500 m² Nutzfläche verschiedene Nutzungen unter einem Dach.
Neben flexiblen Büroflächen in verschiedenen Größen bietet das Bürocenter auch Lagerflächen von 1 bis 2.000 m², eine Tiefgarage mit rund 90 Stellplätzen sowie einen modernen E-Ladepark. Das Dach wird mit einer Photovoltaikanlage ausgestattet.
Baubeginn ist Q3 2026, die Fertigstellung ist für Q2 2028 geplant. Interessenten können bereits jetzt Flächen reservieren.
The BV Business Center is currently being built in 2540 Bad Vöslau, directly at Wienerstraße near the A2 motorway exit with immediate access to the A2 motorway. The five-story building combines various uses under one roof across approximately 5,500 m² of usable floor space.
In addition to flexible office spaces in various sizes, the business center also offers storage areas from 1 to 2,000 m², an underground car park with approximately 90 parking spaces, and a modern EV charging park. The roof will be equipped with a photovoltaic system.
Construction begins in Q3 2026, with completion planned for Q2 2028. Interested parties can already reserve spaces now.
A BV Irodaközpont jelenleg épül Bad Vöslauban, a Wienerstraße-n, az A2-es autópálya lehajtójánál, közvetlenül az A2-es autópálya mellett. Az ötszintes épület kb. 5.500 m² hasznos területen különböző funkciókat egyesít egy tetőn.
A rugalmas irodaterületek mellett a komplexum 1–2.000 m²-es raktárterületeket, kb. 90 férőhelyes mélygarázst és modern elektromos töltőparkot is kínál. A tetőre napelemrendszer kerül.
